You understand that the photos you receive will not exactly match what you view on the computer screen because colors, contrast, and brightness on computer screens drift over time.
You understand that as you enlarge photos, you also enlarge any grain that might be present, so there will be a deterioration of quality as the size of the photo increases. This is usually not prohibitive even in the largest print sizes, but if we feel the photo would suffer in such a way that you might be displeased with the final product, we will call you to make sure you understand that before we print.
We guarantee that we will make you the best print we can (by our high standards) from the file you've chosen.
